You don't need to be an experienced and skilled hiker! You have two possibilities to arrive to the top: just reach the village Malcesine and get on the cable car to arrive at the height of 5400 feet, or setting off from the little typical mountain village Prada (at 3300 feet) and to reach Costabella mountain hut at 6200 feet of height by chair lift and cablecar.
InfoDon't forget wine gastronomy!
Tastings, dinners... a visit in the heart of Verona wine gastronomy!
In the famous region Valpolicella there are several cellars where people can taste the homonymous red wine, Amarone or Recioto or eat typical rustic dishes of Verona.
There is also the equally renowned area of Soave, with its famous white wine and with its castle which will make magic your tour!
Just as amazing and well-known is the region of Lake Garda, where Chiaretto di Bardolino is produced. Here you can taste Lake Garda specialties and the local extra-virgin olive oil.
The hill-surrounded area of Custoza is less popular, but very typical. Here there is the homonymous white sparkling wine and Prosecco di Custoza.
